- Black sesame tofu
- Seaweed
- Yaki Shizu cheese
- Yanmae Chili Paste (Tofu Skin Chili Paste)
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Seafood dipping sauce
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- Wrap each piece with a strip of seaweed.
- Grill the tofu on a pan, turning it on all sides until evenly golden.
- Cut the cheese into small pieces and place on top of the tofu. Let the cheese melt slightly, then remove from the pan.
- Sprinkle with tofu skin chili paste for added crunch and flavor.
