Ingredients
- Konjac noodles with seaweed (Moki brand)
- Garlic
- Fried dried chilies
- Fried chicken breast
- Seasoning sauce
- Coriander
- Vegetable oil
- Fried shallots (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the pre-fried dried chilies.
- Add the konjac noodles with seaweed and stir-fry. This dish is similar to spicy fried chicken with salt and chili.
- Add the fried chicken breast and continue to stir-fry until it begins to dry out. Season with seasoning sauce. A tip is to use high heat for a short time to help the sauce mix well.
- Add coriander and mix well.
- Plate the dish, garnishing with fried shallots. Serve with cucumber, green onions, and coriander on the side.
