Ingredients
- Oat fiber konjac noodles
- Moki tofu (original flavor)
- Aro brand yakisoba sauce
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Garlic
- Pickled ginger (as a side)
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Drain the konjac noodles and rinse them thoroughly with clean water. Set aside.
- Heat a pan, add vegetable oil, and sauté the minced garlic.
- Add carrot and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
- Add the oat noodles, followed by the Moki tofu and yakisoba sauce. Stir until well combined.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if desired.
- Serve with pickled ginger on the side.
