Ingredients
- Moki brand konjac noodles
- Moki tofu with shiitake mushrooms
- Ground pork
- Boiled egg
- Salt
- Light soy sauce
- Sugar
- Fried shallots
- Fried garlic
- Green onion, coriander
- Chili flakes
- Ground pepper
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Drain the konjac noodles, rinse with clean water, and blanch for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- Boil the ground pork in water until boiling, then add a pinch of salt. Allow the water to continue boiling, then reduce the heat and skim off any foam.
- Once the pork is fully cooked, add diced tofu with shiitake mushrooms and season with salt, sugar, and light soy sauce.
- Place the konjac noodles in a bowl, add the soup, and sprinkle with ground pepper. Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Garnish with chopped green onion, coriander, fried garlic, and fried shallots. For extra spice, add chili flakes if preferred.
